Sandy Lane's Signature restaurant is located on the Foyer Level, where we invite you to enjoy new world cuisine and fine wines in an open-air waterfront setting. The menu showcases the freshest island seafood, local delicacies and the best of imported products.

Two hundred and fifty years ago the land on which Sandy Lane is built was a dense mahogany grove. Today several of these beautiful trees remain in front of the terrace to L'Acajou, which is the French translation for mahogany.

Our cuisine is prepared with hints from around the globe, food that is innovative, exciting and full of different textures and flavours.
