Resort Introduces Exclusive Spa Villa Retreat for Groups

(St. James, Barbados) - Sandy Lane, Barbados' AAA 5-Diamond resort, introduces The Villa Spa Sanctuary, an exclusive program that features spa treatments and wellness programs that take place within the luxurious 7,300 sq. ft. Sandy Lane Villa. The three-day package is perfect for getaways or groups who are looking to relax, reconnect, and enjoy a luxurious long weekend together while focusing on wellness and renewal.

Guests who book The Villa Spa Sanctuary will be welcomed to the resort with champagne and canapés, along with a variety of spa options to select from throughout their stay. From spa treatments to make-up lessons, the structure of the weekend is left completely up to the guests and their preferences. A day at the Villa could begin with a group morning tai chi or yoga session in the private garden, followed by a breakfast prepared by the villa’s resident chef. Guests can choose from in-room spa treatments, such as the Bajan Sugar Cane Scrub, Chakra Hot Stone Massage, or the Enrich Hand and Foot Therapy treatments.

The two-day, three-night Villa Spa Sanctuary program is available to book for up to ten persons from September through November 2010, with rates starting at $10,500 per night including spa elements. With this rate, each person receives one group yoga or tai chi session, four spa treatments, one personal training session, one make-up lesson, and one spa lunch. The rate also includes a butler, daily afternoon tea, honor bar, unlimited watersports, green fees for the Country Club and Old Nine golf courses, and complimentary transfers for those who want to dine away from the resort.

Sandy Lane represents the absolute pinnacle in comfort, luxury and service – from guest rooms that average 900 square feet to Bentley luxury car airport transfers to a host of amenities, including two spectacular 18-hole golf courses, the Green Monkey and the Country Club.
