SCRUB & WRAP TREATMENTS
Our scrub and wrap treatments are designed to polish and soften skin,
starting with a full body exfoliation using the Sandy Lanes Sugar Cane scrub.
Indulge in layers of luxury as fresh water mud, hydrating gels, nourishing oils
and moisturizing creams are smoothed over and gently massaged into your
body. While enveloped in blissful comfort you will enjoy a mind freeing
massage to the scalp or feet.
LAVENDER & PEPPERMINT COOLER 60mins
If you have been overdoing it in the sun you need a soothing wrap which uses
the legendary healing and cooling powers of Lavender, while Peppermint and
Rose comfort and soothe the body.
DE-STRESSING SOOTHER 60mins
Perhaps feeling tired and stressed out? This wrap uses the healing properties
of wild chamomile, frankincense and rosemary help the mind to focus and put
you in a more meditative and relaxed state. After a body scrub and
application of De-stress muscle gel to relax tired and aching muscles, relieve
all the tension in the head with a blissful ayurvedic scalp massage and finish
off with an application of rose body cream to moisturize the skin.
CITRUS DETOX REVIVER 60mins
This is a great boost if today you are feeling lethargic, tired after traveling, if
you’ve recently overindulged of if you’re on a detox programme. First start an
exfoliation, then get wrapped in citrus gels and oils that help eliminate toxins
while our foot reflex massage works on the digestive, liver and kidney areas.
ROSE HYDRATING COCOON 60mins
Lie in a bed of roses and relax in this nourishing and thoroughly moisturizing
treatment. First begin with a ritual exfoliation to freshen the skin, then be
absorbed in rich oils and creams with damask rose. Leaving with glowing silky
soft and revitalized skin.
HYDROTHERAPY
JET BLITZ 15mins
An invigorating water jet massage with a temperature of between 37- 40 C,
and variable pressure levels to stimulate the circulation and relax tired
muscles, effectively breaking down cellulite and fatty ketone tissues.
Highly recommended before any hydrobath treatment.
HYDROTHERAPY BATH OR VICHY SHOWER 30mins
Exhilarate your senses in our hydrotherapy cocoon with pre-set programmes
that can be set to offer you a truly personal spa experience, depending on
your need and desire. The cocoon incorporates, hydrofusion (radiant heat and
steam), hydrobath, vichy shower, vibratory bed and coloured lighting.

A full range of programmes have been created to allow specific needs to be
addressed from detoxifying to relaxing sore muscles, submerge yourself in the
