Our featured star of the month, Kevin White, who has been with us for 12 years, is one of the many friendly faces you will encounter during your stay at Sandy Lane. Kevin’s infectious smile and warm personality has made him a guest favourite in our L’Acajou Restaurant throughout the years.
Kevin’s favourite dish from the L’Acajou menu that he suggests you try is the Mushroom Risotto, which he describes as “delicious and rich, it makes you feel like you are right in Italy”. During his down time you can find him quietly reading a book or dining out with friends.
