
Shae White joined our culinary team in December 2018 as a Commis III chef in Bajan Blue Restaurant. She started out making breakfast and lunch dishes, but as our senior chefs realised her potential, she was then reassigned to prepare many of our exquisite themed buffet and à la carte dinner dishes.
Shae’s recent trip to Kazan, Russia for World Skills Kazan 2019, resulted in her receiving the ‘Best of Nation’ award at the World Skills Cooking Competition. Join us in congratulating Shae on a job well done, we are extremely proud of her achievement!
