Christmas Day Brunch

Not to mention salmon en croûte and an abundance of seafood including oysters, king crab, lobster and homemade sushi. For those feeling extra-indulgent, an extravagant display of desserts from our expert pastry chefs are the cherry on the cake, of an unforgettably grand Christmas Day.
New Year's Eve Gala
With a Champagne reception, sumptuous beachside feast, the very best of live entertainment, and of course spectacular midnight fireworks - our New Year's Eve Gala Dinner is not to be missed! New Year's Day Carnival
The perfect way to start January 1st... A colourful cast of Barbadian dancers, drummers, puppets, stilt-walkers and musicians dazzles the audience on New Year's Day. Performers dance to Calypso music while limbo dancers and acrobats amaze with their showstopping agility.
